Visit the official MCC portal and complete online registration using your NEET roll number and other details.
Pay the counselling registration fee online via Net Banking / Credit / Debit Card before the payment deadline.
Select and arrange your preferred colleges in order of priority. Lock your choices before the locking deadline.
View your seat allotment result on the specified date. Download your allotment letter immediately.
Report to allotted college with all original documents — NEET scorecard, marksheets, ID proof, category certificate etc.
Complete all joining formalities at the allotted college within the reporting window to secure your admission.

Saturdays, Sundays and all Gazetted Holidays are treated as working days during the counselling window by MCC directive.
If you do not lock your choices, the system auto-locks at the deadline. Unlocked choices may not be processed. Always lock manually before the deadline.
NEET 2026 Admit Card & Scorecard, Class 10 & 12 Marksheets, Photo ID, Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), PwD Certificate if applicable, Passport-size photographs.
MCC counselling covers 15% All India Quota seats in state colleges + 100% seats in Central/Deemed Universities, AIIMS and JIPMER.
If not satisfied with Round 1 allotment, you can participate in Round 2 and Round 3 for upgradation. Fresh candidates can also apply in later rounds.
MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) conducts online counselling for NEET UG qualified candidates for 15% AIQ seats in government medical/dental colleges, 100% seats in Deemed/Central Universities, all AIIMS institutions and JIPMER (Puducherry & Karaikal). Any NEET UG 2026 qualified candidate is eligible to participate.
Round 1 registration begins on 5th August, 2026 and ends on 12th August, 2026 (up to 03:00 PM). Extended payment facility is available up to 06:00 PM on 12th August, 2026 (Server Time).
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your allotment in Round 1, you can participate in Round 2 and Round 3 for upgradation or a fresh allotment. The Stray Vacancy Round is for seats remaining vacant after Round 1, 2 and 3.
If you do not lock your choices manually before the deadline, the system will auto-lock your filled choices at the closing time. Always lock manually to ensure your preferred order is confirmed. If no choices are filled, you will not get an allotment.
The security deposit (refundable component) paid during MCC counselling registration is refundable according to MCC rules. The registration fee itself is non-refundable. Check the official MCC information bulletin for the exact refund policy.
NEET UG 2026 Scorecard, Admit Card, MCC Allotment Letter, Class 10 & 12 Marksheets, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS if applicable), PwD Certificate, Aadhar Card, 10 Passport-size photographs, and Anti-ragging affidavit (as required by college).
