Verification happens fast — and once
At MCC and state counselling centres, document verification is a single-window process on a fixed day. A missing self-attestation or an unnotarised affidavit can push your reporting to the next round, or out of it entirely.
Requirements shift by quota
State Quota, All India Quota, Management Quota and NRI Quota each add their own certificates on top of the core set. Use the category tabs below to see only what applies to your route.
We audit your folder before you travel
Our counsellors cross-check every original and photocopy against the college's checklist before your reporting date, so nothing is discovered missing at the counter.

Spreading document work across three stages avoids the last-week scramble before reporting.
Before NEET Result
Collect Class 10 & 12 originals, apply for domicile and category certificates — these take the longest to issue.
After Result, Before Choice Filling
Download your NEET scorecard and rank letter; get the medical fitness certificate dated close to counselling.
After Seat Allotment
Prepare fee receipts, offer letters and (for NRI/foreign routes) remittance and visa paperwork.
Reporting Day
Carry originals plus 5 self-attested photocopy sets, arranged in checklist order, in a single folder.
Common Mistakes That Delay Admission
These are the errors our counsellors flag most often during pre-reporting document audits.
Name mismatch across documents
Spelling of the candidate's name must match exactly on the Class 10 certificate, NEET admit card and photo ID.
Expired or unattested affidavits
Gap certificates and relationship affidavits are only valid if notarised on the prescribed stamp paper.
Old-format category certificates
OBC/EWS certificates must be from the current financial year — last year's copy is usually rejected.
Carrying photocopies only
Original documents are mandatory at the verification desk; copies alone will not be accepted.
Missing migration certificate
Students crossing state boards for their qualifying exam often forget this until it's asked for at the counter.
Unattested foreign documents
NRI and foreign-national paperwork without embassy attestation is routinely returned for re-submission.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions our counselling desk hears most often.
Most colleges allow a short-term undertaking to submit the missing document within a fixed number of days, but this varies by institution and quota. It's safer to complete your folder before travelling — our counsellors verify this in advance.
Only specific documents such as gap certificates, relationship affidavits and some NRI paperwork require notarisation. Academic marksheets and government ID need self-attestation, not notarisation.
We recommend 5 self-attested photocopy sets of every core document, since colleges retain sets at different stages — verification, admission office and hostel/administration.
Only if you're moving from the board or state that issued your qualifying certificate to a college registered under a different state board or university.
Yes — our counsellors run a document audit against your specific college's checklist before your reporting date, so any gap is caught early rather than at the verification desk.
